Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design process including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop and maintain design systems and UI components ensuring consistency across products
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and A/B testing to inform design decisions
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive demos for stakeholder presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with business goals
- Mentor junior designers and evangelize UX best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS or fintech projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies and usability testing
- Expertise in responsive web and mobile app design patterns
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- BS/MS in HCI, Design, or related field preferred
