Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to prototyping for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to drive design decisions
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals
- Establish and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across digital platforms
- Present design concepts to clients and executive teams with compelling narratives
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to team-wide design excellence initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio demonstrating complex projects
- Expertise in user research methodologies, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and responsive design principles
- Experience working in agile development environments with Jira/Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Portfolio showcasing process work and measurable design outcomes
