Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across digital platforms
- Present design solutions to stakeholders through compelling storytelling and data-driven insights
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Conduct user interviews and synthesize findings to inform design decisions
- mentor junior designers and champion accessibility best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with SaaS or e-commerce portfolios
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, user psychology, and accessibility standards
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Experience conducting user research, A/B testing, and data analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional problem-solving and visual design skills
- BS/MS in HCI, Design, or equivalent professional experience
