Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Create compelling interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Analyze large-scale datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks
- Present findings to C-suite executives through concise, data-driven narratives
- Optimize database structures and ETL processes for performance improvements
- Implement A/B testing frameworks to validate product hypotheses
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics with focus on financial services or SaaS
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling techniques and experimental design
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data-driven projects
