Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans using provided hardware/software testing equipment
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and other QA tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate product requirements
- Develop automated test scripts using Selenium and Cypress frameworks
- Analyze test results to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Conduct regression testing on mobile/web applications across devices
- Maintain test documentation and quality metrics dashboards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA testing experience in Agile environments
- Proficiency with automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, Appium)
- Experience with defect tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of test methodologies (black-box, white-box, regression)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
