Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define design requirements and ensure seamless implementation
- Create design systems and component libraries to maintain consistency across digital platforms
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and competitive analyses to identify pain points and opportunities
- Present design solutions to executive leadership and advocate for user-centered design principles
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of continuous learning and feedback
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field with 5+ years of professional UX design experience
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex B2B and consumer-facing digital products
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations
- Deep understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and responsive design principles
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio showcasing process work, not just final deliverables
