Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define design systems and maintain UI consistency
- Conduct user research sessions, analyze behavioral data, and translate insights into actionable design solutions
- Create compelling visual designs using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques to elevate team output
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through polished documentation and presentations
- Stay current with emerging design trends and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field with 5+ years professional experience
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex B2B SaaS product design
- Experience with user research methodologies including usability testing and journey mapping
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles
- Experience working in agile development environments
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
