Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex B2B SaaS projects
- Mastery of user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, or related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
