Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud-native applications using Go and Python
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for rapid, secure deployments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers
- Implement robust monitoring and logging solutions
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root-cause analysis

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in backend development (Go/Python preferred)
- Expertise with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/K8s)
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven design
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
