Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes for SaaS and mobile applications
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive designs using Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement solutions
- Develop design systems and maintain component libraries
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Conduct usability testing and analyze performance metrics
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
- Portfolio showcasing complex design systems and user research
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with design sprint methodologies and agile workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Proficiency in user testing tools (e.g., Maze, UserTesting.com)
