Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to prototyping for enterprise healthcare applications
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across 15+ product features
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with SaaS products
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in user research, interaction design, and prototyping
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Knowledge of healthcare industry UX best practices and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
