Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify market trends and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Present data-driven insights to leadership, translating complex findings into actionable recommendations
- Automate reporting processes to enhance data accessibility and operational efficiency
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in data governance and analytics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analytics or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Proven experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery)
- Strong statistical analysis and A/B testing methodology expertise
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or tech industry analytics preferred
- Certifications in Google Analytics, AWS Data Analytics, or Tableau a plus
