Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate business requirements into elegant user experiences
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across web and mobile platforms
- Conduct stakeholder presentations to articulate design decisions and justify UX investments
- Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities and iterate on existing designs
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and knowledge sharing sessions
- Stay current with emerging UX trends and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (5+ years professional experience)
- Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design and problem-solving skills for complex systems
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools with motion design capabilities
- Proficiency in user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and A/B testing
- Experience working with agile development teams and design systems implementation
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate user insights into actionable design solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders
