Responsibilities
- Execute Data Analysis: Extract, clean, and analyze large volumes of data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop Visualizations: Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
- Ensure Data Integrity: Monitor data pipelines and implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy during night operations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering and product teams to solve complex problems using data-driven approaches.
- Automate Processes: Write Python scripts and SQL queries to automate reporting workflows and increase operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Present findings clearly to non-technical audiences, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis, preferably within a 24/7 or night shift environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL for querying databases and Python for data manipulation.
- Tools: Advanced experience with Excel, Tableau, or Power BI is required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into business value.
- Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to Charlotte, North Carolina.
