Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to implementation
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and data-driven analysis
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect solutions
- Present design strategies to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional design systems and user research
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with agile methodologies and design sprint facilitation
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of front-end development fundamentals
