Responsibilities
- Lead user research initiatives including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to drive design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across digital products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Conduct A/B testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics
- Mentor junior designers and facilitate design critique sessions
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and gather actionable feedback
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex B2B products
- Expertise in user research methodologies and usability testing
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Experience with responsive web and mobile app design
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- BA/BS in Design, HCI, or related field or equivalent practical experience
