Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and design roadmaps
- Develop comprehensive design systems and maintain UI component libraries
- Conduct user research sessions and translate insights into actionable design recommendations
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders and gather constructive feedback
- Mentor junior designers and facilitate design critique sessions
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging design methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Familiarity with responsive design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
- Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
