Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and design systems using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on quantitative/qualitative feedback
- Present design solutions to C-level stakeholders and executive committees
- Mentor junior designers and establish design best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS products
- Expertise in design systems and component libraries (Figma preferred)
- Strong background in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, contextual inquiry)
- Proficiency in prototyping tools and interaction design principles
- Experience working in agile development environments
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, or related field
- Certification in UX Research or Design (e.g., Nielsen Norman Group)
