Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from user research to high-fidelity prototypes
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define design systems and maintain consistency
- Conduct usability testing and synthesize insights to drive data-informed design decisions
- Develop user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Mentor junior designers and facilitate design workshops with cross-functional teams
- Champion accessibility standards and inclusive design principles across all deliverables
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B/SaaS products
- Expertise in user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and journey mapping
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of interaction design principles and responsive design patterns
- Experience working in agile development environments and collaborating with engineering teams
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
