Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify trends and anomalies
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, providing weekly summaries to leadership
- Develop automated data pipelines to improve weekend shift efficiency
- Present findings through clear visualizations and written recommendations
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation and documentation processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of professional data analysis experience with weekend shift availability
- Expert proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI)
- Knowledge of statistical analysis methods and hypothesis testing
- Experience working with large datasets and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP preferred)
- Exceptional attention to detail with ability to maintain accuracy under time constraints
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
