Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across web and mobile platforms
- Develop user personas and journey maps to inform data-driven design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Analyze user behavior metrics to continuously improve product experiences
- Mentor junior designers and champion UX best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio demonstrating complex SaaS products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and A/B testing
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and understanding of front-end development constraints
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with Jira/Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Portfolio showcasing design systems and user-centered problem-solving
