Responsibilities
- Lead user research, persona development, and journey mapping for complex digital products
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Develop design systems and ensure consistent UI/UX across all touchpoints
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence
Qualifications
- 8+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS projects
- Expertise in user research methodologies and data-driven design decisions
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of WCAG guidelines and accessibility best practices
- Experience with agile development processes and design sprint methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, or related field
- Fluency in English and Spanish (preferred for Miami market)
