Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust ETL pipelines to transform complex datasets into clean, analysis-ready formats
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance metrics
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical frameworks
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations that communicate findings to executive stakeholders
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous quality control and validation processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong statistical modeling and hypothesis testing skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
