Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to high-fidelity prototypes
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design systems
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement solutions
- Analyze usability metrics and iterate designs based on user feedback
- Mentor junior designers and champion design best practices
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with compelling visual narratives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, testing, analytics)
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Ability to translate business requirements into elegant user experiences
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
