Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to deliver pixel-perfect designs
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across web and mobile platforms
- Conduct stakeholder presentations and advocate for user-centered design principles
- Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities and drive design improvements
- Mentor junior designers and establish design best practices within the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field with 5+ years professional UX experience
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex B2B SaaS product design solutions
- Proficiency in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, journey mapping)
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Agile/Scrum workflow familiarity
