Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack development of responsive web applications using React, Node.js, and AWS
- Optimize frontend performance and implement SEO best practices
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate mockups into pixel-perfect implementations
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs with robust authentication systems
- Conduct code reviews and implement CI/CD pipelines for deployment automation
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and architect scalable solutions
- Mentor junior developers through pair programming and knowledge sharing sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional web development experience with JavaScript frameworks
- Expertise in React, Redux, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind/SASS)
- Strong proficiency in Node.js, Express, and MongoDB/PostgreSQL
- Proven experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFront)
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress) and TDD principles
- Portfolio demonstrating complex, responsive web applications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
