Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation of design systems
- Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation and style guides
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with data-driven rationale and clear user insights
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques to elevate team capabilities
- Analyze user behavior metrics to continuously optimize digital experiences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Experience working in agile development environments with JIRA/Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, HCI, or related field
- Certification in UX research or design (e.g., Nielsen Norman Group) preferred
