Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve product performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into seamless user journeys.
- Develop and maintain a robust design system to ensure consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Present design concepts and justify creative decisions to executive leadership and clients.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant projects.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
