Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, persona development, journey mapping, and wireframing
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive mockups using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on quantitative/qualitative feedback
- Develop design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across products
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and advocate for user needs
- Mentor junior designers and promote design thinking best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (5+ years experience)
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional UX/UI work for web and mobile applications
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design
- Experience conducting user research, interviews, and data analysis
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Experience in fintech or SaaS products strongly preferred
