Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Create intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop design systems and maintain consistent UI/UX standards across products
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver user-centered solutions
- Analyze user behavior data to identify pain points and optimize experiences
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Experience with responsive design and cross-platform consistency
- Ability to translate business requirements into elegant user experiences
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with stakeholders
