Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research and wireframing to prototyping and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define design systems and maintain UI consistency
- Conduct user research sessions and translate insights into actionable design recommendations
- Create high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD for stakeholder presentations
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design documentation and style guides
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders and gather constructive feedback
- Mentor junior designers and promote design thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex enterprise solutions
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Experience working in agile development environments and design systems
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (equivalent experience accepted)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
