Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design systems using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to deliver cohesive design solutions
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Develop design documentation and style guides ensuring brand consistency across platforms
- Mentor junior designers and champion UX best practices throughout the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (5+ years professional experience)
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ complex B2B/B2C projects with measurable impact
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design principles
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into exceptional user experiences
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders
