Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define design requirements and project roadmaps
- Create design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across digital platforms
- Conduct user interviews, persona development, and journey mapping to inform design decisions
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback and analytics
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques to elevate team capabilities
- Stay current with UX trends, tools, and methodologies to drive innovation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools like Principle or ProtoPie
- Strong background in user research methodologies including usability testing and A/B testing
- Expertise in creating design systems and component libraries
- Experience working in agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
