Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and design systems to ensure consistency across digital platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Conduct user research sessions and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and promote design excellence within the team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field with 5+ years of professional experience
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional UX/UI design for web and mobile applications
- Expertise in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and prototyping methodologies
- Strong understanding of user research techniques and accessibility standards
- Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with remote teams
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
