Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to implementation using industry-standard tools
- Conduct user research sessions and translate insights into actionable design solutions
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive designs using Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation
- Develop and maintain design systems that scale across multiple platforms
- Present design strategies to stakeholders with compelling visual narratives
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience working with enterprise clients in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, energy)
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to articulate design rationale clearly
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on user engagement and business metrics
