Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to implementation
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive wireframes
- Develop and maintain design systems with component libraries
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure feasibility
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and workshops
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with SaaS or fintech products
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
- Expertise in user research methodologies and analytics
- Experience designing complex data visualizations and dashboards
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Ability to translate business requirements into user journeys
