Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop high-fidelity designs and design systems for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user interviews, competitive analysis, and market research to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation
- Create and maintain design documentation and style guides
- Mentor junior designers and facilitate design critique sessions
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and executive leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex B2B/B2C projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Background in agile development processes and JIRA/Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field preferred
