Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes for complex web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design systems
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma/Sketch
- Present design solutions to C-level stakeholders and executive leadership
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critique sessions
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design documentation and style guides
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio demonstrating B2B SaaS projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies and usability testing frameworks
- Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field
- Proven track record of delivering measurable user engagement improvements
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder communication skills
