Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across digital platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business goals into user-centric solutions
- Conduct user interviews and analyze behavioral data to inform design decisions
- Present design rationale and iterate based on stakeholder feedback
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques to foster team growth
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging UX technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Experience with agile development workflows and design systems implementation
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to articulate design decisions through compelling presentations and documentation
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving process and measurable impact on user experience
