Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing for enterprise-level applications
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define design requirements and translate business goals into user-centric solutions
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems ensuring consistency across multiple digital products
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research including journey mapping, persona development, and usability testing
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback while advocating for user needs
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Stay current with emerging design trends and technologies to maintain competitive advantage
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field with 5+ years of professional UX design experience
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Principle or ProtoPie
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex B2B SaaS projects with measurable impact on user engagement
- Experience with user research methodologies including contextual inquiry, A/B testing, and data analysis
- Ability to work independently in remote environments while maintaining strong asynchronous communication
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Experience mentoring design teams and presenting to executive stakeholders
