Responsibilities
- Lead user-centered design processes through research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create intuitive UI/UX designs for web and mobile applications using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field with 5+ years of professional experience
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in complex B2B/B2C product design
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and accessibility standards
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions
- Knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus
