Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define data requirements and deliver actionable reports.
- Perform data cleansing and transformation to ensure accuracy and integrity of datasets.
- Present complex data findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and visually appealing manner.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual workload.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).
- Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and advanced formulas.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
