Responsibilities
- Lead user research sessions including persona development and journey mapping
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and design systems using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design solutions
- Develop accessibility-compliant interfaces (WCAG 2.1 standards)
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and workshops
- Present design strategies to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with SaaS or fintech products
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and measurable impact
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
