Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive wireframes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct usability testing and data-driven design iterations with quantitative/qualitative methods
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation
- Develop design systems and maintain UI component libraries
- Present design rationale to stakeholders using user insights and business metrics
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expertise in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience conducting user research, A/B testing, and data analysis
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Experience in B2B SaaS or fintech products preferred
