Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions for our core trading platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features during the night cycle.
- Debug complex issues and optimize system performance to ensure zero downtime.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices and architectural patterns.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Go.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven experience working in a high-load, distributed system environment.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts.
