Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect designs that align with business goals
- Develop design systems and maintain consistent UI patterns across web and mobile platforms
- Analyze user behavior data to identify pain points and drive continuous improvement
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and knowledge sharing sessions
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with compelling visual narratives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex B2B products
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design principles
- Experience conducting user interviews, surveys, and A/B testing
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions
- Expertise in information architecture and interaction design patterns
