You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, accessible interfaces that solve real-world problems while pushing the boundaries of design innovation.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from user research to final implementation
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct usability testing and translate insights into actionable design improvements
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility
- Create and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and gather feedback iteratively
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design team best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, persona development)
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma (required), Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Ability to translate business requirements into elegant user experiences
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design rationale
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
