In this role, you will define the end-to-end user journey for our enterprise clients, ensuring our products are not only functional but intuitive and delightful.
You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into elegant design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and drive product decisions.
- Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools like Figma and Sketch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and products.
- Maintain and evolve our comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, advocating for the user voice throughout the development process.
- Analyze product metrics and user feedback to iterate on designs and improve engagement.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end project lifecycles.
- Proficiency in designing for web and mobile applications (iOS and Android).
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and prototyping tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize user data into actionable design recommendations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences.
