Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design systems and maintain visual consistency
- Conduct user interviews and data analysis to uncover actionable insights
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and champion user-centered design principles
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expertise in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping software
- Strong background in user research methods (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript (preferred)
