Responsibilities
- Lead user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to uncover pain points and opportunities
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and design systems using Figma/Sketch
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Conduct A/B tests and iterate based on user feedback and analytics
- Mentor junior designers and champion design best practices across the organization
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS products
- Expertise in design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design
- Proven ability to translate business goals into user-centric solutions
- Experience with user research methodologies and quantitative/qualitative analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
